All of our ingredients are freshly selected each day. Our inimitable pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, after their dough has been left to
rise naturally for a long period of time.

The restaurant has a convenient private car park and an outdoor terrace, where you can sit and admire San Gimignano's medieval walls.
